Definitely a good machine, Prince high-quality DTF material vibrant colors, and easy to use. I have called them a few times for Tech Support and they are very quick to respond sometimes within hours and sometimes within minutes, but definitely not taste like other companies I own Rowland printers and they sure take a long time for any support I want to thank my boy Mr. Chico for taking care of me definitely coming back to buy a UV printer
