Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (full time)
• Offered wage: $301,891.00/year
• Work location: 1938 Tyler Ave, Suite K, South El Monte, CA 91733
• Job Duties:
- Formulate and implement the company’s strategic business plan, defining its overall
direction, growth trajectory, and competitive positioning in the U.S. and North American
markets.
- Exercise full discretion in redefining priorities and reallocating resources as necessary to
maintain alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
- Identify and approve new opportunities for expansion, strategic partnerships, and
diversification initiatives.
- Establish and enforce policies relating to legal compliance, accounting practices, and
financial controls, ensuring operational integrity and risk management across the U.S.
entity.
- Lead the development and expansion of the company’s personnel structure and business
operation.
- Oversee the company’s financial activities, including approving budgeting, reporting, and
auditing.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure quality, integrity, and continuous improvement
of organizational programs and project management.
- Maintain direct communication with the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates
and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Lead the planning and execution of special projects as directed by the Board and ensure
successful integration of such projects into the company’s overall business plan.
- Build and maintain trust relations with key business partners and stakeholders and act as
a point of contact for important shareholders in the U.S.
- Serve as an ambassador, spokesperson, and high-profile organizational leader before a
range of stakeholders.- Establish, maintain, expand, and manage relationships with the industry and affiliate
industry partner organizations, and other sphere.
• Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration,
marketing, international trade, electrical engineering or any related field plus at least eight
(8) years of post-bachelor work experience in international sales, business development,
or executive leadership within the digital printing industry, of which at least five (5) years
must be in a managerial or director-level capacity, e.g. sales manager, sales director,
director of a sales/trade department , or equivalent.
